As your online coach, clients receive 4,8,12, or 16-week programs made from scratch. Your goals, limitations, equipment availability, and schedule will be the driving force in the making of each program.
Also includes:
Weekly check-ins: to assure your progress is steady. Form evaluations. Solutions to any obstacles you are facing. If needed, adjustments are made to the program and nutrition guide.
Nutrition Planning: We will determine caloric intake, macro breakdown, supplementation, etc., to ensure you are getting the most out of your training.
24/7 Access: Text me anytime with questions about exercises, if you’re out to eat, and are stuck on what to eat/do. Other Obstacles are standing in your way of reaching your goals. I’m here to help.
Live Virtual Sessions
Live Virtual Sessions provide clients with a similar experience to in-person training, through FaceTime.
If you are outside my training radius, or scheduling times don’t match, want to work out from your living room, etc., we have the solution.
Just schedule your session with me, wait for my call, and execute!
Clients will also receive the same additional benefits of in-person training of nutritional guidance, and 24/7 access to me.
