How does 1-on-1 Training work?

After a phone or in-person consultation. We set up a preferably fixed time slot(s) for each week. We will meet at the agreed-upon location (i.e., my gym studio, your home gym, apartment gym, outdoors, garage, etc.) Wherever your preference—I will be there before the start time.

Do you travel to home/apartment gyms?

Yes, if you prefer your apartment or home gym set up. I will also bring travel gym equipment as needed. I travel up to a 12-mile radius of Indian Land, South Carolina.

Do you train beginners?

Absolutely— everyone starts as a beginner. I train clients of all fitness levels: beginner, intermediate & advanced.

Over a decade of training has led me to work with all sorts of people with distinctive goals. I’m confident in my education and experience to guarantee success and bring immense value to anyone looking to lose weight, build muscle, body recomposition, or improve general strength training for all ages.

What are the benefits of online coaching?

Online coaching brings value to individuals who want to work with me but are outside my training radius, prefer to work out alone, or want a detailed and structured plan to reach their goals with me in their corner. Online coaching comes with an in-depth workout program catered directly to your goals, nutrition overview, and guidance. In addition, we have weekly check-ins to go over progress, questions, obstacles, and strategies to move forward on your fitness journey.

What are your qualifications?

I have been a certified personal trainer for the past 13 years. I have a Bachelor’s degree in exercise science from MSU, also attended trade school for personal training: National Personal Training Institute(NPTI). The knowledge learned in school helped me grasp the foundations of the human body & exercise, but the years of experience helping 100’s of people fine-tuned my work.
