As the founder of The Minuche Method, I, Angelo Minuche, would like to thank you for visiting our page.

Our mission is straightforward—to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.

As a seasoned personal trainer with over a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of helping 100’s of extraordinary clients. Their diverse goals encompassed weight loss, muscle development, strength, improved balance and mobility, or simply incorporating exercise into their daily routines.

Our client’s goal(s) have been and will always continue to be at the forefront of every structured program.

Private 1-on-1 Training

Personalized, one-on-one training delivered directly to you.

Each program begins with a comprehensive assessment—in person or via Zoom—to evaluate your goals, movement patterns, training history, and any limitations or injuries. From there, we design a custom training plan tailored to your body, lifestyle, and desired results.

Traveling to private home gyms and approved apartment complex gyms, bringing high-level coaching to your convenience.

With 1-on-1 Personal Training, you’ll get:

Accountability Scheduled sessions keep you consistent.

Structure You don’t have to plan, track, or guess—just show up and execute. Your coach handles the rest.

Convenience Long day at work? We bring the method to you. At home, apartment gym, outdoors, just throw on your workout clothes—and we will bring the best out of you.

Can’t meet in person? No problem. The Minuche Method provides live virtual sessions through Zoom, FaceTime, or your preferred platform — bringing real-time coaching directly to you.

With Live Virtual Sessions, you’ll get:

Training that is fully interactive and guided live, so you get immediate feedback, motivation, and accountability — just like in-person training, without the travel. Live virtual sessions are ideal for busy professionals, parents, or frequent travelers.

Outside of my radius? Prefer to train solo? The Minuche Method’s online coaching delivers precise, goal-driven programming to your inbox.

Flexible, personalized, and 100% remote so you can train on your own time. 

Programs are personally designed based on your goals, fitness level, available equipment, schedule, training history, and injuries.

With Online Coaching, you’ll get:

More About The Minuche Method

I’ve been coaching and training clients for over 13 years, but the journey started when I was just 19, shadowing the late great Joe Carini at Carini’s House of Iron — a place where grit, discipline, and performance were forged. From athletes pushing for peak performance to everyday individuals chasing personal victories, I’ve made it my mission to guide people to their goals.

Later, I worked at a top-tier training facility partnered with a hospital, where I had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients — from general strength and fitness to post-rehab and special populations. This experience taught me that every body has a story, and every goal deserves a strategy.

Now, as a father, that mission has evolved. Parenthood opened my eyes to how challenging it can be to prioritize your own health. But it also proved that with the right approach, it’s not only possible — it’s life-changing. The Minuche Method is here to help parents, professionals, and anyone struggling to find their rhythm—build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that fit their real lives.
